Returns are accepted within 10 days.   All returns must be pre-approved by  email before you ship any item back to us. If you return an item back to us without contacting us in advance, the package may not be processed properly, and can end up being returned to you. If an item is refused, the shipper bills us for shipping both ways, and these charges incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item was advertised as "Free Shipping," we will deduct the shipping cost we incurr from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier charges us shipping both ways, and those charges will be deducted from the refund.

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. The minimum restocking fee is 5%. If the items have been opened or used, the restocking fee may be more than 5%, and will be confirmed once our processing is complete.

All returned products must include all the original product packaging. Returned products cannot be damaged or marked in any way (scratches, marks, prints, etc.). Products which are not returned to us in original condition may be sent back to you.
